Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Construction Management or a related field. A Master's is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in planning and development, public administration or construction management-type operations experience
• 3 years in a managerial or executive level position of leadership.
