The City is seeking a collaborative, forward thinking, and innovative candidate to serve as its next City Manager. The ideal candidate has a customer service mindset and will maintain a respectful and team oriented working environment. They will foster an open and transparent work environment, encourage, and model continuous improvement and best practices through clear goals and appropriate evaluation. Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be the equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public or business administration, public policy, finance, or a related field, and five (5) years of increasingly responsible municipal management experience. A Master’s degree in business or public administration or a related field is desired. The annual salary range for the City Manager is dependent on qualifications and experience.
